As a Part-Time Sales Representative, you will provide invaluable guidance and support to customers, offering expert advice on top-notch  jewellery tools and equipment. With over 300+ years of collective jewellery tool experience within our ranks, your journey with us will be an ongoing adventure of learning and personal growth.

Job Responsibilities:

• Cultivate an unrivalled product knowledge proficiency to support customers throughout the sales process.

• Extend assistance to customers through prompt and responsive communication via email, phone, and in-person interactions.

• Foster regular and meaningful communication with both existing and potential customers, offering solutions as needed, whilst overseeing sales activity within the branch.

• Collaborate seamlessly with fellow team members and managers to generate sales and ensure the delivery of unparalleled customer service.

• Create enduring relationships with clients within the jewellery industry

Necessary Skills & Qualifications:

• Preferred experience in the art of jewellery making.

• Proven sales experience

• Expertise in customer service.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Impeccable organisational skills and attention to detail.

• Demonstrated history of precise data entry.

• Adept in MS Office suite and ability to quickly adapt to POS software.
