The Role
We're seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Representative or an experienced Merchandiser looking to transition into sales. The role is on a part-time basis (3 days per week), managing pharmacy accounts across the region.

Your primary objective is to drive sales, strengthen client relationships, and ensure effective instore execution of our product range.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow existing pharmacy accounts and proactively source and acquire new accounts.

• Drive product sell-through, identify growth opportunities and upsell promotions

• Present and educate clients on new products and marketing initiatives

• Take and process orders via our mobile sales system (Inzant)

• Ensure exceptional in-store representation of our brands

• Consistently deliver results that surpass budget expectation

What You'll Bring

• Prefer candidates with pharmacy sales experience, though this is not essential. Applicants with strong general sales backgrounds are also encouraged to apply.

• Proven track record in managing structured call cycles and driving results

• Strong communication, time management, and negotiation skills

• High-level professionalism with a customer-first mindset

• Confident using Microsoft Office and CRM platforms

• Full Australian driver's license

• Must be an Australian citizen for this position
