We're looking for a new technician with a positive attitude, customer-focused, attention to detail, reliable, and hard working Carpet Cleaner to join our team at A1 Carpet Cleaning.

🧽 What We’re Offering

• $68,000 base salary plus super with weekly bonuses averaging around $100-$200 (based on upsells and 5 star reviews). Pay rise to $72,000 base after one year if you are starting with no experience.

👀 What We’re Looking For

You don't need to be a carpet cleaning expert (yet), but you do need:

• A positive attitude and strong work ethic

• A genuine desire to do the job properly every time

• A friendly and professional approach to customers

• Reliability – our clients are counting on us to show up

• Great physical fitness – you’ll be on your feet and moving

• A current driver’s licence

• Police check required

If you have 12+ months of professional carpet cleaning experience, you’ll start on the higher end of the pay scale.

This job has a balance of physically active work, communicating with the team/clients and driving breaks.

• An average day has 4-5 jobs which allows driving breaks between jobs

• Deep cleaning carpet, couches, mattresses, rugs, tiles and leather with our premium equipment

• Building relationships with customers

• Upselling additional services

• Communicating with the team about the jobs
