We’re looking for reliable, motivated, and team-oriented individuals to join ISS and support the Defence base at RAAF Pearce in a variety of essential catering roles.

Available Positions

Line Chefs

Working closely with the Head Chef, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality meals across Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner—while proudly upholding ISS’s reputation for excellence and creating memorable dining experiences that exceed expectations.

• Casual weekday / weekend roles available
• Ongoing support and training with opportunities to grow within a large global company 
• Mental, Financial and Physical health support programs
• Casual line chefs will be considered first for any full-time vacancies before external advertising

• Head Chefs/ Sous Chefs– Support meal preparation, service, and kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food and outstanding service.

About You

We’re looking for people who:
✅ Take pride in their work and attention to detail
✅ Work well both independently and as part of a team
✅ Have good communication and time management skills
✅ Are reliable, professional, and positive in attitude

Minimum Requirements

• Australian Citizenship
• Current National Police Check (issued within the last 12 months)
• Ability to obtain a pre-employment medical clearance (including Drug & Alcohol testing)
• Relevant trade qualifications (where applicable)
• Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or above
• Defence or military experience – highly desirable
