Delivery Driver – Full Time

Milestone Chemicals Australia manufactures and supplies commercial cleaning chemicals and accessories to a broad and diverse client base. We are a highly regarded Australian organisation with over 75 years of industry experience.
We are seeking a reliable, motivated, and customer-focused Delivery Driver to join our Geelong branch in a full-time, permanent position.
This role involves servicing customers throughout Geelong and South Western regions of Victoria. The successful applicant will undertake scheduled delivery runs, with routes typically involving 2 to 3 days of regional travel each week, including regular overnight stays away from home. The balance of the week will consist of local delivery runs within Geelong and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities
Loading and unloading delivery vehicles safely and efficiently.
Delivering goods to customers across regional and metropolitan Victoria.
Completing scheduled overnight delivery runs as required.
Providing professional, friendly, and reliable customer service.
Ensuring delivery documentation is completed accurately and on time.
Maintaining a clean, safe, and well-presented vehicle.
Monitoring vehicle condition by completing pre-start inspections and promptly reporting any maintenance, servicing, repair, or safety issues.
Liaising with management to ensure vehicle servicing schedules and compliance requirements are maintained.
Complying with all road transport regulations, WHS requirements, company policies, and management direction.
To Be Considered for This Role, You Will Have
A current Medium Rigid (MR) driver's licence.
A safe driving record and commitment to road safety.
The ability and willingness to work away from home for 1 to 2 nights per week.
Sound knowledge of vehicle care, maintenance requirements, and daily pre-start safety inspections.
A professional, responsible, and customer-focused approach.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
The ability to work independently and manage delivery schedules effectively.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Previous experience in a delivery driver or transport-related role.
The successful applicant will be required to provide licence details and a current driving history report, including licence demerit points.
