Change Manager (Fixed Term Contract) - Endeavour

The Data Program Change Manager is responsible for leading the people, process, and technology changes arising from Endeavour's Data Transformation Program.

• Fixed-Term Contract (finishing end of June 2027)
• Exciting opportunity to join a supportive team in the emerging Data & AI change space!
• Sydney or Melbourne location, with Hybrid ways of working (3 days office, 2 days flexible)

In this Change Manager (Fixed Term Contract) role at Endeavour, you will focus on the people side of change as retail data transitions from Woolworths to Endeavour Group Limited alongside the development of a new data platform. Operating within the emerging Data & AI change space, you will work closely with stream leads and cross-functional teams to refine change impacts, deliver communications and training, and prepare the business for key upcoming testing programs.

Here is a taster of what you can expect in this role:

• Deliver Hands-On Execution: Drive change execution by writing communications, managing reviews and approvals, and coordinating distribution with the internal communications team.
• Refine People Impacts: Pick up identified people change impacts and build tailored interventions, including communication and training plans.
• Manage Stakeholder Relationships: Own key relationships across Data Asset Owners, the Data and AI team, the ERP change team, and Endeavour Business Services. Support technical relationship owners to manage their stakeholders and ensure they are ready to accept the solution.
• Support Tech Separation: Play a pivotal role in transitioning retail data from Woolworths to Endeavour Group Limited as part of the broader One Endeavour initiative. 
• Prepare for Testing Milestones: Prepare stakeholders and end-users for an upcoming testing program aligned with the new ERP system.
• Collaborate Across Streams: Work day-to-day alongside 8 stream leads spanning Analytics, Architecture, and technical disciplines.
• Benefit from Community Support: Leverage a well-established Change Community of Practice offering strong peer support and resources.

Qualifications

Now let’s talk about you: 

• Technology & ERP Background: Experience leading change across technology projects, system rollouts, or ERP implementations.
• Self-Starter Capability: A proven sole operator who can hit the ground running and pick up project impacts quickly
• Technical Translation Skills: Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and translate them into clear, accessible business language.
• Strong Facilitation & Framing: Skilled in messaging alignment, framing, and facilitating discussions across diverse teams.
• Proven Influencing Ability: Confident in influencing stakeholders at all levels, from end users to senior leaders who interface with steering committees.

This role will suit a confident, practical, and highly organised change practitioner with the ability to lead end-to-end change execution in a complex, enterprise-scale environment, engaging effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
