About the Role

As our Cleaning Supervisor, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our holiday rental cleaning team, ensuring every property is presented to the highest standard before guest arrival.

Working closely with the Operations team, you will coordinate staff, conduct quality inspections, support team development and ensure all cleaning schedules are completed efficiently and on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support a team of cleaners across multiple holiday rental properties.

• Conduct quality assurance inspections to ensure properties consistently meet company standards.

• Coordinate daily cleaning schedules and allocate workloads.

• Train, mentor and onboard new team members.

• Monitor stock levels and order cleaning supplies.

• Respond promptly to urgent cleaning requests and last-minute schedule changes.

• Identify maintenance issues and report them to the appropriate team.

• Ensure compliance with Workplace Health and Safety requirements.

• Foster a positive, respectful and high-performing team culture.

• Assist with cleaning duties as required.

About You

You are a hands-on leader who takes pride in delivering exceptional results. You enjoy motivating others, solving problems and maintaining high standards.

To be successful, you will have:

• Previous experience supervising cleaning teams, preferably in accommodation, hotels or holiday rentals.

• Excellent organisational and time management skills.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Outstanding communication and leadership abilities.

• The ability to work independently and make sound decisions.

• A current Australian Driver Licence.

• National Police Check (or willingness to obtain one).

• Working rights in Australia.
