We’re looking for a reliable and organised Key Account Manager to join the CNW Enoggera Team.

In this fast-paced role, you will
- Manage key customer accounts and maintain accurate CRM records
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Coordinate with logistics and warehouse for on-time delivery
- Prepare quotes and sales documentation
- Respond promptly to client inquiries and resolve issues
- Utilise sales tools (e.g. MPro, BRP, Customer Margin Report) for data analysis
- Track sales activities and report on KPIs (e.g. sales, margin, DIFOT)
- Leverage product knowledge to support customer purchasing decisions
- Monitor market trends and share competitive insights
- Engage with the CRM system for tracking interactions and opportunities
- Maintain strong website knowledge for online sales support
- Attend sales meetings and participate in training to improve technical expertise
