Clinical Lead - Psychology
Shape the future of psychology services with Nurah.
Nurah, a newly established brand powered by CoAct, supports adults and young people to move forward with clarity, confidence, and thoughtful care. Through counselling, psychology, and behaviour support services, Nurah partners with NDIS participants, private clients, and referring professionals seeking a trusted, human-centred approach to wellbeing and support.
As Nurah continues to grow, we are excited to recruit a Clinical Lead for Psychology, a newly created leadership role that will play a pivotal part in shaping the future of our psychology services within Nurah and CoAct.
This is a unique opportunity for an experienced registered psychologist and people leader to influence clinical practice, strengthen service quality, and support the development of a high-performing psychology and counselling team.
About the Role
Reporting to the General Manager – NDIS & Allied Health, you will provide strategic and clinical leadership across Nurah's and CoActs psychology services, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based and person-centred care.
In this newly created leadership role, you will lead, mentor and develop a team of psychologists, providing guidance on clinical practice, practice supervision, supporting workforce capability, and fostering a culture of excellence, learning and continuous improvement. You will also play a key role in service innovation and growth working as part of the NDIS/ Allied health leadership team helping to strengthen and expand our allied health services and psychology services to meet the evolving needs of the individuals, families and communities we support.
Combining clinical leadership with service development, governance and quality improvement, this position offers a unique opportunity to influence both the strategic direction of Nurah's psychology services and the professional development of the clinicians delivering them.
