The Little Kids School Glenmore Park is growing our team, and we are looking for passionate, enthusiastic and exceptional people who genuinely believe in the rights, safety and wellbeing of children.

We are currently recruiting across all experience levels – from people looking to begin their career in Early Childhood Education and Care, through to qualified Certificate III and Diploma educators.

Certificate III Trainees – No Experience Required

Looking to start a career in Early Childhood Education?

We are seeking passionate individuals to undertake a supported 18-month traineeship, working within our service while completing their Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care.

Previous childcare experience is not essential. We are much more interested in your attitude, values, reliability and genuine passion for working with children.

Traineeships may be offered on a full-time or part-time basis, allowing greater flexibility and work-life balance while you gain your qualification.

Certificate III Qualified Educators

We are seeking Certificate III qualified educators interested in:

• Casual employment

• Flexible opportunities within our team

• Continuing their professional development by completing their Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care through a supported traineeship

Diploma traineeships may be undertaken full-time or part-time.

Diploma Qualified Educators

We also welcome applications from Diploma-qualified educators seeking casual employment within our Glenmore Park service.

The Little Kids School is a boutique, family-owned and operated early childhood service with a strong focus on relationships, education, children's rights and providing high-quality care.

We believe early childhood educators have an incredibly important responsibility. Our role is not simply to supervise children – it is to protect them, advocate for them, teach them and provide an environment in which they feel safe, respected and valued.

We maintain very high expectations around child safety, child protection and professional conduct, and we are looking for educators who share those values.

Above all else, you must have a genuine passion for children and Early Childhood Education and Care.

For trainee applicants, experience is not essential – but passion, maturity, reliability and a willingness to learn are.

For qualified positions, applicants must hold the relevant Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, or an approved equivalent.

Applicants must also be able to meet all applicable requirements for working in an Early Childhood Education and Care service, including holding or obtaining a valid Working With Children Check.
