We're looking for an experienced Medical Receptionist / Secretary who is organised, professional, and genuinely enjoys helping people. As the first point of contact for our patients and referring doctors, you'll play a key role in creating a positive patient experience while supporting the smooth operation of our busy practices.

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

• Experienced in a healthcare reception role in a medical centre, hospital, specialist practice or diagnostic imaging clinic

• A confident communicator with excellent customer service skills

• Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail

• Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a busy environment

• A proactive team player with a positive attitude and a genuine commitment to patient care

• Australian working rights (Australian citizen, permanent resident, or valid work visa)
