What You’ll Be Doing

• Engaging with customers through inbound and outbound conversations

• Building rapport and maintaining meaningful customer relationships

• Presenting tailored travel and membership opportunities

• Working in a goal-oriented environment focused on performance outcomes

• Managing customer interactions from first contact through to resolution or next step

• Working independently after training while contributing to a supportive team environment

What You’ll Bring

• Confidence engaging customers and building rapport quickly

• Strong communication skills with the ability to keep conversations flowing

• A goal-driven mindset with motivation to achieve results

• Resilience and consistency in a performance-based environment

• Enjoyment of customer interaction, relationship building and structured sales conversations

• Experience in telesales, sales or customer service is beneficial but not essential
