IT Graduate Rotation Program

Kick-start your IT career in 2027 with Cenitex!

We're looking for up to five talented IT graduates to join our highly regarded 2-year Graduate Rotation Program.

One position is identified for a person with disability, supporting our commitment to building a more inclusive and diverse workforce. This is a designated position established under the special measures provision, Section 12(1) of the Equal Opportunity Act 2010, to promote substantive equality for people with disability.

🔄 Build your own graduate pathway

Experience different teams across Cenitex through our 2-year rotation program. You'll have the opportunity to work with teams that align with your interests and build a pathway that reflects where you want your career to go.

💻 Work on real ICT projects that make a difference

You'll contribute to real programs of work that support Victorian Government organisations and help deliver a more modern, agile and productive public sector.

🌱 Be supported from day one

What will you do?

As a Cenitex Graduate, you'll rotate through different teams across the business, gaining exposure to a range of IT and corporate services areas.

You'll have the opportunity to:

• Apply what you've learned at university to real workplace situations.
• Contribute to day-to-day operations and real projects.
• Develop your technical, analytical and customer service skills.
• Work collaboratively with different teams and stakeholders.
• Explore different areas of technology and discover where your strengths and interests lie.
• Build valuable professional networks across Cenitex.

From your first few weeks, you'll be encouraged to get involved, ask questions, contribute ideas and learn from the people around you.
