Our next laboratory will open in Perth, followed by Brisbane and Victoria.

Our Customer Care team is the heart of Harbour Dental Lab, and we are looking for up to 3 candidates to join our team.

As one of the first points of contact for our customers, you'll play a vital role in creating an outstanding experience for dental clinics across Australia. You'll be the link between dentists, practice staff, our technicians and production team, ensuring every case is managed accurately, efficiently and with exceptional care.

No two days are the same. You'll be solving problems, coordinating cases, answering customer questions and making sure every customer interaction leaves a positive impression. Key Responsibilities

● Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email.

● Receive and organise incoming work from dental clinics.

● Accurately enter cases into our case management system.

● Coordinate with our production team to monitor case progress.

● Keep customers informed with timely updates.

● Resolve enquiries and proactively find solutions to customer concerns.

● Build strong, lasting relationships with dental clinics.

● Ensure every customer interaction reflects Harbour Dental Lab's commitment to quality, reliability and exceptional service.
