Working closely with the onsite HR Business Partner, you’ll play a key role in keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly and ensuring a great experience for our employees.
What you’ll be doing:Being highly visible and available for employee enquiries across the site and escalating any serious matters to the HR Business PartnerEnsuring a basic understanding of the relevant AwardsAssist with employee relations documentation in line with policy and legislationSupport employee engagement and incentive programsCoordinate recruitment and onboarding for operational staffProvide broad support across HR initiatives and activities across the organisationAssist with internal communications to keep staff informedLiaise with payroll to ensure accurate onboarding in the HRIS
