The Role The Sales Analyst will play a key role in analysing data, identifying trends, forecasting sales performance, and providing insights that guide strategic decision-making. This role is essential in helping Kowanj optimise its service delivery, strengthen partnerships, and support organisational sustainability.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse sales and program data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Develop sales forecasts, performance reports, dashboards, and presentations.
• Monitor KPIs and track progress against organisational goals.
• Provide insights to support marketing, outreach, and partnership growth.
• Collaborate with internal teams to strengthen data-informed decision-making.
• Assist in evaluating new business opportunities and revenue streams.
• Maintain accurate data records and develop tools to improve reporting efficiency.

About You

• Qualification in Business, Data Analytics, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and forecasting.
• Proficiency in Excel, CRM systems, and data visualization tools.
• Excellent communication skills, with ability to present insights clearly.
• High attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
