Your Role

We are looking for a Sales Account Manager to join our Queensland Field Sales team, combining new business development with management of an existing account portfolio across the Hospitality & Residential segment. 

In this role, as a Technogym salesperson, you should be hungry, highly professional, industry credible and collaborative. You will develop and maintain strong relationships and manage a large portfolio of products, services and solutions.

To be eligible for this role, you must be based in Brisbane or in Gold Coast. This is a field sales role, regular local and occasional regional travel is required. 

Your Impact

• Ensure that local sales, profitability and cash flow targets are achieved
• Develop business opportunities and exploit market potential
• Generate leads, profile customers, plan activities and update the CRM
• Increase customer satisfaction
• Guarantee adequate market feedback on segment trends
• Maintain and develop existing relationships and seek new opportunities
• Manage the market and carry out an appropriate number of customer/prospect visits in line with company sales code

About You

Ideally, you are passionate about working out, enthusiastic and proactive, while also down-to-earth and ethical. You have a positive and proactive mindset, strong organizational skills and are used to working in a fast-paced environment.

What you should bring:

• Proven track record in new business development, alongside managing and growing existing accounts
• Experience in managing complex deals and selling solutions
• Excellent consulting sales approach and negotiation skills
• Solid experience with CRM software. Knowledge of Salesforce would be a plus
• Result-driven approach
• Excellent listening, communications and presentation abilities
