We are looking for a search engine optimisation specialist for a permanent full-time role based in our South Melbourne office.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years’ experience creating and delivering proven SEO strategies, ideally in an agency environment. We’re looking for an SEO expert that understands and stays up-to-date with the ever-evolving SEO landscape. The role requires a strong analytical and data-focused mindset and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Identifying, reviewing and analysing SEO opportunities for our large portfolio of clients Conducting SEO website audits Carrying out comprehensive keyword research to identify opportunities Creating and implementing strong on-page optimisation strategies Creating and implementing off-site optimisation strategies and link analysis Developing link building strategies Managing and tracking SEO campaign progress Analysing SEO strategies used by competitors Keeping up-to-date with the latest developments in search, analytics and digital marketing

Key Qualifications & Experience

3-5 years’ experience with SEO – agency experience will be highly regarded Working knowledge of Moz, Ahrefs, SEMrush and other SEO tools Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proven proficiency with Google Analytics and Google Ads Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to clearly communicate technical issues Ability to work efficiently, while remaining organised and task oriented Ability to simultaneously manage multiple tasks and projects A positive attitude Ability to work within a team, as well as independently Eagerness to learn and grow within a team dynamic Proficiency with Search Console, MS Office, WordPress and other CMSs
