Commercial Leasing & Marketing Executive

Our client is a Dandenong South-based property group with a commercial portfolio spanning industrial, warehouse and office space. They're looking for someone who can walk into a vacant unit, see the deal before anyone else does, and close it — then turn around and make content that gets the next twenty enquiries coming in.

What you'll be doing:

You'll own the full leasing cycle for a portfolio of commercial and industrial spaces — from first enquiry through to signed lease. That means prospecting new tenants, running inspections, negotiating terms, and closing deals without needing your hand held. Alongside that, you'll be the one making vacancies impossible to scroll past: photos, reels, LinkedIn posts, EDMs, whatever gets eyes on the space and turns them into leads. You'll work directly with the leasing and operations team, so what you learn on the ground feeds straight into what you post — and what performs online feeds straight back into the pipeline.

• Genuinely enjoy the chase of a deal and don't wait to be told to follow up

• Can hold your own in a negotiation and know when to push and when to walk away

• Have run social media for a business, brand, or even yourself, and understand what makes people stop scrolling

• Come up with your own ideas instead of waiting for a brief

• Want a role where your results are visible, not buried in a team average

Experience in commercial real estate is a bonus, not a requirement. A real estate licence (or willingness to get one) helps, and our client will support you through it if needed.
