About your new role 

• Your passion and enthusiasm will see you lead a classroom by effectively engaging with educators, families, children and the wider community to implement the educational program for our children

• You will be responsible for the day to day management of your classroom and flexible routines

• Provide creative learning experiences for our young minds

• Mentor and lead your room team to include collaboration, reflection and respect

• Network with relevant stakeholders in the local community

• Document the children's skills, interests and development that includes a clear cycle of reflective practice

About you 

• Bachelor of Early Childhood or equivalent qualification as approved by ACECQA

• Proven experience in a childcare setting preferably leading the room

• Current approved first aid, anaphylaxis and asthma qualifications

• Current Working with Children Check

• Ability to effectively lead a room environment

• Sound understanding of the EYLF and NQF
