Electrical Account Manager / Service Manager

Energypro is a well-established commercial electrical contractor delivering electrical construction, service and maintenance solutions across Brisbane.

Our reputation has been built on quality workmanship, practical solutions and long-term client partnerships. As our service division continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced Electrical Account Manager to join the team and take ownership of a portfolio of commercial and government clients.

Energypro has recently moved into a brand-new purpose-built office and warehouse facility in Albion, supporting our continued growth and providing a modern, well-equipped base for our team.

This role is responsible for leading service delivery, supporting technicians, managing key client relationships and overseeing the operational and financial performance of service contracts.

The Role

Reporting to the Operations Manager – Service & Maintenance, this position plays a key leadership role within Energypro’s service division.

You will manage a portfolio of commercial and government clients while leading a team of technicians and apprentices to deliver high-quality electrical service and maintenance outcomes.

The role requires strong technical capability, leadership skills, and the ability to balance client relationships, operational delivery, and commercial accountability.

Key Responsibilities

Client & Contract Management

• Manage a portfolio of commercial and government electrical service contracts

• Build strong, long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders

• Identify opportunities to improve service delivery and add value for clients

• Manage client engagement including meetings and relationship development

Team Leadership

• Lead, support and mentor technicians and apprentices

• Provide technical guidance and assist with complex issues and troubleshooting

• Work closely with service coordinators to manage scheduling and workflow

• Maintain high standards of safety, quality and professionalism across the team

Service Delivery

• Scope, quote and oversee service and minor works projects

• Ensure work is delivered safely, efficiently and to Energypro standards

• Monitor job progress, quality and client satisfaction

Operational & Commercial Accountability

• Manage workload, priorities and performance across your service portfolio

• Ensure accurate quoting and financial awareness across works delivered

• Take responsibility for the financial performance (P&L) of your service accounts, including revenue, costs and profitability

• Monitor job performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and outcomes

• Contribute to continuous improvement within the service division

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking an experienced electrical service leader who is confident managing both client relationships and field teams.

Essential

• Current QLD Electrical Work Licence

• Significant experience within commercial electrical service and maintenance

• Demonstrated experience leading or supervising electrical technicians

• Strong communication and relationship management skills

• Excellent organisation, time management and problem-solving ability

• Professional, solutions-focused approach

Highly Regarded

• Previous experience in an Account Manager or Service Manager

• Experience managing service contracts or client portfolios

• SimPro experience

• Experience quoting and managing minor works projects
