We’re looking for someone who gets things done.

We’re looking for a business-minded, organised and proactive Service Administrator to take ownership of the day-to-day running of our service department.

This is more than an admin role. You’ll be the link between our customers, technicians, suppliers and management, making sure jobs keep moving and everyone is looked after.

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate and schedule service technicians

• Manage customer calls, bookings and enquiries

• Keep customers updated and deliver great service

• Make sure technicians have what they need to get the job done

• Monitor jobs from booking through to completion

• Organise parts, materials and repairs

• Prepare quotes, reports and invoices

• Follow up outstanding quotes and jobs

• Manage maintenance schedules and recurring work

• Identify problems and sort them before they become bigger problems

• Maintain the efficiency and profitability of the service department

We’re Looking For

Someone who:

• Takes ownership and gets things done

• Is organised and can handle a busy workload

• Is confident dealing with customers and tradies

• Is a good problem solver and doesn’t need constant direction

• Can work autonomously or as part of a team

• Communicates well and works well under pressure

• Has a positive, can-do attitude

Experience in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, construction, trades or service coordination is highly regarded.

Experience with Simpro or similar job management software is a bonus.
