About the Opportunity
This is a unique opportunity to lead a highly regarded youth mental health service and play a highly influential role in the health and wellbeing of young people across the Adelaide Hills.
As Centre Manager for headspace Mount Barker, you will have an excellent opportunity to take ownership of the leadership and operations of a busy, multidisciplinary service supporting young people across mental health, physical health, alcohol and other drugs, with a range of amazing targeted programs and support services.
People leadership will be central to your success in this role. You will be joining a very welcoming, supportive and family-friendly environment where collaboration and connection are genuinely valued. Bringing your own warmth and engaging leadership style, you will have the chance to continue to build on this strong culture, together with providing the clarity and direction your team needs to continue to thrive.
With a well-rounded and high-performing team around you, you will have the space to focus on the broader leadership and operational performance of the Centre, from people and culture through to funded programs, reporting, budgets, service delivery, compliance and stakeholder relationships.
