Human Resources Officer (HR) Full-Time

Our business is expanding, and we are seeking a vibrant, energetic, experienced and detail-oriented HR Officer to join our dynamic and growing team at Surf Toyota. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive HR support, including recruitment, onboarding and offboarding, maintaining employee records, and implementing policies and training plans.

• Address general HR inquiries and offer support to staff.

• Support managers with HR related issues and development.

• Liaise with the Motor Traders Association on our behalf.

• Ensure adherence to company policies and legal standards.

Requirements:

• Solid understanding of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.

• Excellent organisational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
