Bid + Tender Consultant

Bid Manager 
FULLTIME

Based in the heart of Perth's Central Business District, our consultancy firm is seeking a Bid + Tender Consultant to oversee tenders and funding applications for our esteemed clientele. In this role, you will take charge of crafting proposals, tender responses, funding applications and associated tasks such as prequalifications and presentations. Collaborating closely with our clients, you will engage with key stakeholders to gather and integrate all pertinent information, ensuring the delivery of compelling submissions that meet their needs and expectations.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Operating as the central point of contact for Client’s proposal/tender requests

• Analysis of the proposal/tender requirements against the Client’s core business and capabilities to ensure compliance and responsiveness to buyer’s issues and needs

• Support the Client in developing innovative solutions and dynamic responses to the Scope of Works

• Writing, editing, reviewing and management of bid content

• Develop highly effective and productive relationships with key stakeholders

• Manage ProposalPro’s internal bid processes that govern the Client’s bid

• Other tasks and projects as assigned

Your IT skills set should incorporate:

• MS Word

• MS Excel

• MS PowerPoint

• Adobe Acrobat

• Use of AI

• Typing Speed not less than 50wpm

Your experience should be:

• Over three years managing tenders and proposal submissions

• Relevant qualifications with a solid academic track record

• A self-starter who can work independently and also contribute to a team environment

• High level of oral and written communication skills

• Strong time management skills with the ability to work under pressure

• Association for Proposal Management Professionals accreditation is preferred

• Confidence in dealing with people and the ability to develop and maintain strong relationships

• A flair for graphic design or artistic input would be desirable but not essential
