Pantry Operations Coordinator

The Role
Hampr is on the hunt for a Pantry Coordinator — someone who genuinely loves hospitality, isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves, and wants to grow into becoming our go-to pantry expert across Australia and New Zealand.
This isn't a casual gig or another agency placement. It's a permanent, career-track role built for someone who wants to own it — starting hands-on, and growing into client relationships, stock strategy, and training the next generation of Hampr's pantry team.
You'll be the face our clients see every week. The person who keeps their pantries stocked, their shelves full, and their offices running smoothly — while quietly becoming the person everyone at Hampr turns to for pantry know-how.
What You'll Do
Day one:
Stock, rotate, and replenish pantries across multiple client sites — fresh food, snacks, coffee, condiments, the lot — keeping everything fresh, full, and FIFO-compliantKeep shelves, fridges, and shared spaces clean, organised, and client-readySet up meeting rooms and support on-site eventsTrack stock levels and consumption patterns, and manage reordering with suppliers to avoid over- or under-stockingPick up our ordering platforms, inventory tools, and reporting systems fast — no hand-holding requiredBe our on-the-ground point of contact for a portfolio of smaller accounts — building real client relationships and making sure they always feel looked after

Design pantry programs from scratch for new client sites — layout, equipment, range planning, the worksWalk new customers through onboarding, advising on stock, storage, and setupTrain and mentor new Pantry Assistants, setting the standard from their very first shiftBecome Hampr's internal subject matter expert on pantry operations — the person whose judgement shapes how we do this across the business
Who You Are
You've worked in hospitality, retail, or facilities — you know what good stock rotation and shelf presentation actually look likeYou're physically up for it: on your feet, lifting, moving, no problemYou're proactive — you spot the gap and fix it, you don't wait to be toldYou're comfortable with tech and pick up new systems quicklyYou're a clear, confident communicator who's happy being client-facingYou want a career, not a job — you're excited by the idea of becoming the expert in your fieldYou wear your work on your sleeve — Hampr's logo included
