You will undertake a diverse range of activities including project financial administration, communications, organisational planning and the provision of support to the wider Tweed Sand Bypassing team.
Throughout all these responsibilities, you will serve as a key point of contact, addressing enquiries and tactfully coordinating tasks with staff, agency representatives, other State and Local Government representatives, community and stakeholders.

About you
You are a proactive and organised professional with experience in project support, financial administration and operational coordination. You communicate clearly and effectively, manage competing priorities with confidence, and deliver accurate, timely and reliable support.
You bring proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and Outlook, and have demonstrated knowledge and experience providing high level support to senior management, including involvement in projects, asset management, document management and procurement activities.

Please note - Salary is Maritime Officer 9 - ($114,088.00/annum plus super). The role is in Tweed Heads- NSW. Ideally, the successful candidate should reside within a maximum of one (1) hour's commuting distance from Tweed Heads.
