About the Role

At EC Markets, a Client Manager is much more than a sales role — you are the architect of each client’s exclusive trading experience! You will become the first person our clients trust, guiding them through our platform, offering outstanding service, and accompanying them on their journey in the global financial markets.

Key responsibilities:

• Opportunity Discovery: Identify potential clients and promote our cutting-edge trading products and services.
• Relationship Building: Win clients over with sincerity and professionalism; become their trusted partner.
• Voice of the Client: Actively listen to client feedback and suggestions and provide insights to help optimize our products and services.
• Goal Chaser: Set your own performance goals, push your limits, and grow with every success!

What We’re Looking For

• Some Experience Preferred: At least 1 year of experience in forex or financial services, preferably in sales, customer service, or consulting.
• Excellent Communicator: Comfortable with phone conversations and interacting with diverse clients; your style is natural, confident, and approachable.
• Highly Responsible: Face challenges head-on, stay committed to follow-through, and never back down from responsibility.
• Language Skills Bonus: Fluent in Mandarin is required. Proficiency in English or other Asian languages (such as Thai, Vietnamese, Malay, Indonesian, or Tagalog) is a strong plus!
