HSE Administrator

We are currently seeking an experienced HSE Administrator for an immediate start on a major construction project in Queensland. This is a site-based role offering an initial 12 month contract
Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain HSE documentation and ensure compliance with relevant standards and proceduresSupport data management, reporting, and accurate record-keeping of HSE metricsAssist with incident reporting, investigations, and risk management processesCoordinate site inductions, training records, and competency trackingProvide support during audits and inspectionsAssist with workforce communication and HSE engagement initiativesDeliver general administrative support to the HSE team
Required Skills & Experience:Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety (preferred)Minimum 2 years’ experience in an administrative roleExperience coordinating with site-based personnelStrong attention to detail and organisational skillsSound knowledge of HSE systems and reporting toolsProficient in Microsoft Office suiteStrong communication and stakeholder engagement skillsExperience in document control and managementConstruction Industry White Card (essential)Current Driver’s Licence (essential)
