About Vexus

Vexus Solar Energy Solutions provides practical solar, battery storage and energy upgrade solutions for homes across Brisbane Northside, Moreton Bay and the Sunshine Coast. We take a practical approach helping customers understand and get long-term value from their energy systems rather than just completing a tick-and-flick install.

We are looking for a reliable, hands-on assistant to support our licensed electricians on residential solar and battery installs. No trade licence required, just a good work ethic and a willingness to learn. Labourers and roofers are equally welcome to apply.

The Work

• Help our electricians with racking, panel mounting and safe material handling on residential rooftops
• Carry and position panels, batteries and equipment safely on-site
• Pick up and deliver parts and materials for the install team as part of your daily routine
• Set up and pack down job sites, keeping everything tidy and organised
• Follow safe work practices at height and on every site
• Work alongside our licensed electricians, providing hands-on support on every job

What You'll Need

• Construction White Card
• Working at Heights certificate, or willingness to obtain
• Current Australian driver licence, plus your own reliable vehicle (manual preferred, not essential)
• Reasonably fit, comfortable lifting and carrying panels, batteries and equipment
• Confident working at height on residential roofs
• The right to work in Australia
• A reliable, safety-first attitude
• Background in roofing, labouring or solar highly regarded, not essential
