Asset Finance Broker

About the role

As an Asset Finance Broker, you'll manage clients through the finance process from initial enquiry through to settlement. You'll work with a broad panel of lenders to structure suitable finance solutions while building strong relationships with clients, lenders, dealers and referral partners.

Key responsibilities

• Managing new and existing finance leads from initial enquiry through to settlement

• Speaking with clients to understand their financial position and finance requirements

• Structuring and submitting asset finance applications to a range of lenders

• Reviewing lender options and presenting suitable finance solutions to clients

• Managing applications, approvals, documentation and settlements

• Following up clients and maintaining consistent communication throughout the process

• Building strong relationships with lenders, dealerships and referral partners

• Maintaining accurate client and deal records within our CRM

• Identifying opportunities for repeat business, referrals and additional finance requirements

• Meeting individual conversion, settlement and revenue targets

About you

• Highly motivated and driven by achieving targets

• Confident communicating with clients over the phone

• Organised and capable of managing multiple applications at different stages

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, sales-focused environment

• Strong at building rapport and maintaining client relationships

• Proactive with follow-ups and comfortable asking for the business

• Detail-oriented when preparing applications and documentation

• Professional, reliable and accountable for their own performance

• Interested in developing a long-term career within asset finance

• Previous experience in asset finance, vehicle finance, lending, banking, brokerage or financial services will be highly regarded. For the right candidate, strong sales experience from another industry may also be considered.
