Procurement Officer

Tracc Civil is an industry-leading civil construction and earthmoving contractor based in Bibra Lake, Western Australia, delivering projects across the Perth Metropolitan Area.

 Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Procurement Officer. This role involves procurement for a diverse portfolio of civil infrastructure projects valued between $500K and $10 million.

 Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Estimating team to deliver precise estimates

• Negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers for quotes

• Perform quantity take-offs

• Specialize in quantifying Inground service materials and coordinating their timely delivery to project sites (including water reticulation, sewer reticulation, drainage, gas, power, NBN, etc)

• Assist the Ingrounds Superintendent in procuring goods for the Ingrounds division and forecast ongoing and upcoming project activities in advance

• Liaise with Project Managers and construction teams

• Compile and create Variations for Projects when requested

 Key Requirements:

• Recent proven experience in a Procurement role in civil construction

• Solid understanding of Inground infrastructure components

• Knowledge of earthworks, road construction, drainage, sewer and services infrastructure

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Strong problem-solving skills

• Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
