About the Role:

We are looking for new Shift Supervisors at our Bella Vista Branch to ensure the smooth operations on a day-to-day basis. This role also calls for the ability to effectively communicate, delegate and manage staff members across multiple teams. 

This is a part time position with a 3 month training & probation period to ensure that all our new shift supervisors are supported on how to effectively carry out this role.

Role & responsibilities

As a shift supervisor, your role will include:

• Facilitating and delegating the workload of administrators within the team

• Providing ongoing support and leadership to employees

• Problem solving on shift issues and following appropriate escalation procedures

• Managing and administrating the day-to-day operations and reporting pathways

As our ideal candidate, you will possess:

• Understanding of the OC and Selective school systems

• Highly developed interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and build strong relationships with staff, students and parents alike

• Ability to work under pressure and problem solve under time sensitive circumstances

• Experience in managing and delegating team members and employees

• A valid Working With Children Check or willing to obtain

• A current first aid certificate or willing to obtain one
