Head Barista / FOH supervisor

Lead a busy, fast-paced front-of-house team delivering exceptional coffee and service. Take ownership of daily operations, including running shifts, staff training, ordering, and maintaining high service standards. Previous leadership and high-volume barista experience is essential, with availability to work at least one weekend day

We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys leading a team and takes pride in creating a café that runs smoothly every day. You'll be supported by and wokring clopsely with the General Manager, but you'll also have the opportunity to take ownership of the front of house and make the role your own.

In this role you'll:

-Run day-to-day service, leading the team through busy breakfast and lunch periods.
-Keep on top of ordering, stock levels and front-of-house organisation to ensure we're always well prepared.
-Help train, coach and support our FOH team, creating a positive and professional workplace.
-Maintain a consistently high standard of coffee and customer service, setting the example for the rest of the team.
-Work closely with the General Manager, with ongoing support, training and regular feedback to help you grow in the role.
-Be proactive, solve problems as they arise, and always look for ways to improve the way we operate.
-One day of the weekend required.
