The Role

We are seeking an experienced Trust Account Manager.

This is a key role within our business, responsible for ensuring accuracy, compliance, and smooth day-to-day trust account management across multiple offices.

You will be working within a structured environment with established systems and workflows, supported by a professional and collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily trust account operations

• Process receipting, disbursements, and reconciliations

• Handle contract deposits, settlements, and EOM procedures

• Maintain compliance with all trust accounting legislation and audit requirements

• Liaise with agents, solicitors, and internal stakeholders

• Ensure accuracy across all financial records and reporting

• Identify opportunities to improve systems and processes

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in real estate trust accounting

• Strong understanding of trust accounting compliance and legislation

• High level of attention to detail and accuracy

• Strong organisational and time management skills

• Confident communicator with the ability to work across multiple stakeholders

• Experience with systems such as Vault, PropertyMe, Console or similar
