HRM Contracting & Consulting is recruiting on behalf of our valued client, a well-established not-for-profit organisation based in Caloundra. This is an exciting opportunity to join a supportive team dedicated to making a positive difference in the lives of individuals and the local community.

Are you passionate about helping people and delivering outstanding customer service? Do you have experience in the RTO, NDIS or disability sector and enjoy building strong relationships?

As the Customer Care Engagement Officer, you'll be the first point of contact for participants, helping connect them with the right programs and services while delivering a positive customer experience. You'll respond to enquiries, support referrals, maintain participant relationships and work closely with internal teams to ensure participants receive the support they need.

About You
We're looking for someone who has:

• Experience in an RTO, NDIS or disability environment (highly regarded)
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong administration and computer skills
• A positive, organised and solutions-focused approach
• The ability to build strong relationships with participants and stakeholders

Mandatory Requirements
To be considered for this opportunity, you must be able to:

• Provide documentary evidence of your right to work in Australia
• Hold and maintain a current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
• Hold and maintain a current Working with Children Check (or Registration to Work with Vulnerable People, where applicable)
