Role Description The Business Manager will oversee day-to-day business operations, including planning, budgeting, and performance tracking for client projects. This contract, remote role is responsible for managing relationships with SME clients, coordinating with technical teams, and ensuring services are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives. The Business Manager will analyze financial and operational data, identify opportunities for process improvement, and support strategic decision-making. The role also involves developing proposals, supporting business development activities, and maintaining clear documentation and reporting to stakeholders.
QualificationsDemonstrated experience in business management, operations, or consulting, preferably within IT or information security services.Strong skills in budgeting, financial analysis, and performance reporting to support data-driven decisions.Proficiency in project and stakeholder management, including coordinating cross-functional remote teams.Ability to build and maintain client relationships, understand SME needs, and present solutions clearly and confidently.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail and organization.Comfort working independently in a remote contract capacity, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.Familiarity with IT services and cybersecurity concepts is highly beneficial.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Finance, IT, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
