About the role
Join the Early Childhood Outcomes division and help shape policies and programs that give children the best start in life. Working within a collaborative team, you will support the design and delivery of complex policy initiatives and government reforms that improve access, affordability and quality across the early childhood sector. You will work closely with stakeholders, provide strategic advice and coordinate projects that deliver meaningful outcomes for children, families and communities across NSW.
We are seeking a motivated Project Officer to support the delivery of a key early childhood pilot program by working closely with participating early learning services to build capability and support effective implementation. In this role, you will manage a portfolio of services participating in the pilot, providing onboarding, coaching and ongoing implementation support. You will play an important role in building strong relationships with services, delivering professional learning activities and monitoring how the trial is implemented in practice. You will also help generate insights that inform continuous improvement and support the successful delivery of the trial.
