The Career Accelerator is seeking applications for casual opportunities from academics with experience working in industry.  

Career Accelerator offers a bespoke suite of opportunities and experiences for UNSW Business School students, ranging from work-integrated learning (WIL) courses both domestically and internationally, to mentoring programs, industry events, academic support and professional networking. 

Our offerings are designed to support our students to explore, develop and achieve their career aspirations in a way that aligns to each individual students’ professional goals and personal interests. 

Career Accelerator courses enable our students to put into practice broad business content, contemporary business skills and essential career development activities to look at business opportunities, problems, and issues through the lens of all our disciplines.  

To effectively deliver the face-to-face, hybrid and online tutorials and workshops that are integrated and innovative, we are looking for enthusiastic sessional/casual academic workforce who: 

• Care about and genuinely enjoy helping others to progress through their life and learning journeys 

• Have experience and demonstrated interests in coaching, mentoring, teaching, and facilitating 

• Have experience of engaging with industry  

• Thrive in collaborative environments to build solutions that create value 

• Are personally motivated to complete job related administrative tasks
