What You'll Do:

• Deliver contemporary, evidence-based clinical care within your RN scope.

• Collaborate and build strong relationships with our team of doctors and healthcare professionals.

• Supervise and support our clinical and care teams, ensuring care aligns with our values

• Conduct clinical assessments and develop individual care plans with our residents

• Contribute to ongoing quality improvement initiatives.

About You:

• Compassionate, flexible, and committed to delivering high-quality care.

• Skilled in assessing and responding to residents' needs.

Mandatory Employment Prerequisites:

• Minimum experience of 12 months full time working in Residential Aged Care as a Registered Nurse.

• Current AHPRA-registered Registered Nurse without restrictions.

• Current Police Check
