The Veterans' Review Board is a specialist merits review tribunal committed to delivering fair, timely and accessible review outcomes for veterans, serving members of the Australian Defence Force and their families.

As a Deputy State Registrar, you will lead one of the VRB's client service teams based in Sydney or Brisbane and play a key role in supporting the efficient operation of the Board.
Working closely with State Registrars, National Registry staff and VRB Members, you will lead a team of Client Service Officers, oversee registry operations and help ensure veterans, representatives and other stakeholders receive a high standard of service.
This is an opportunity to contribute to an innovative tribunal that is continually improving the way it delivers services to the veteran community. You will be encouraged to identify opportunities to improve processes, embrace new technologies and build the capability of your team.
Flexible and hybrid working arrangements are available, with regular attendance at the Sydney or Brisbane Registry required to support staff and tribunal operations.

A merit pool of suitable applicants may be created which may be used to fill future ongoing and non-ongoing vacancies should they become available over the next 18 months.
