Job Description

•  Integrated projects, exciting clients
• $50K - $60K + super
• Excellent culture in a Richmond location

We are looking for a bright Digital Account Manager; someone with at least 3 years experience and at least 1 year experience within an agency. You will be working with the Snr Account Managers and Directors to manage client relationships, liaising with them on expectations and deliverables. You will have a proven record in building and managing client relationships. Experience working with digital strategy and marketing is favourable. 

Qualifications

• At least 12 months Marketing, Design or Advertising experience with digital projects
• Experience working in a digital production or agency environment
• Superb communication skills with an ability to deliver presentations with confidence, clarity and persuasiveness
• Exceptional client relationship skills
• Proven ability to thrive under pressure, effectively manage workflows and meet deadlines
• Understanding of creative and strategic processes with high attention to detail
• A sense of humour….ping pong skills a bonus
