About the Role

We are currently seeking motivated and safety-focused Traffic Controllers, Team Leaders, and TMA Operators to join our growing team, working across multiple major projects throughout the Perth metropolitan area.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform all tasks associated with traffic management for roadworks and events.
• Safely operate a Stop/Slow Bat to direct traffic.
• Implement and monitor Traffic Management Plans (TMPs).
• Complete vehicle pre-start inspections.
• Load and unload traffic management vehicles, signage, and equipment.
• Complete all required documentation accurately and on time.
• Conduct site hazard assessments and implement appropriate control measures.
• Report hazards, incidents, and near misses.
• Follow directions from Team Leaders, Supervisors, Inspectors, and Auditors.
• Safely manage traffic, pedestrians, and cyclists to protect work crews and the public.

Skills & Experience

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Current Traffic Control (TC) Accreditation.
• Current Basic Worksite Traffic Management (BWTM) Accreditation.
• Construction White Card.
• Current driver's licence and reliable transport.
• Availability to work day, night, weekend, and occasional overtime shifts.
• The ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to safe work practices.
