Qualified Casual Educators – Edu-Play & Altona Early Education Centre

We're looking for qualified casual educators to join our team across our two boutique early learning centres in Altona – Edu-Play and Altona Early Education Centre.

About Us

Altona Early Education Centre and Edu-Play are two boutique early learning centres located in the heart of Altona, just moments from public transport, Altona Beach and Cherry Lake. Our smaller size allows us to build genuine relationships with our children, families and educators, creating a warm, supportive community where everyone feels known and valued.

Nature and sustainability are at the heart of our program. Through our Beach Kinder and Bush Kinder experiences, we encourage children to explore, connect with the natural world and develop confidence through meaningful, hands-on learning.

The role

As part of our casual team, you'll have the opportunity to work across both of our Altona centres, supporting children from nursery through to kindergarten.

We're looking for someone who has

• A completed Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care

• A current Working with Children Check

• Current First Aid, Anaphylaxis and Asthma Management training (or willingness to obtain before commencing)

• A good understanding of the EYLF and NQF

• A warm, reliable and positive approach to working with children and colleagues

• Flexibility to work across both centres when needed
