• Passionate about people and horses with general yet confident horse handling
• Able to take direction from others well and work as a team
• Quick to learn
• Able to work independently and use initiative
• Fun and energetic personality
• Excellent communication skills and enjoys talking to people
• In alignment with the mental health awareness space
• Positive mental attitude and great work ethic
• Confident and comfortable in the saddle and around horses
• Available to work weekends
