Your Role:

As a CNC Router Operator, you will be responsible for operating CNC routing equipment to produce quality components for a wide range of projects. You will also assist with sanding, finishing, and preparing products for the next stage of production while maintaining high standards of safety and workmanship.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate CNC router machinery safely and efficiently.

• Set up and load materials into the router.

• Sand and finish routed components to a high standard.

• Read and interpret job sheets and production drawings.

• Carry out quality inspections on completed work.

• Keep your work area clean, organised, and safe.

• Work closely with other departments to meet production deadlines.

• Willingness to work occasional afternoon shifts.

 Skills & Experience:

• Previous experience operating a CNC router.

• Experience with sanding and finishing components.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

• Good time management and organisational skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Physically fit and capable of manual handling.

Desirable Qualifications:

• Current Forklift Licence (highly regarded).

• Experience within manufacturing, cabinetry, signage, or similar industries.
