We’re looking for an Occupational Therapist to join our Brisbane team. Whether your passion is paediatrics, adults, or a mixed caseload, we’ll shape the role around your strengths. You’ll be backed by collaborative peers, experienced leaders, and systems that let you focus on clinical work — not admin.

Support & Systems

Growth & Balance

• $2K PD budget + 4 days paid PD leave

• 5 billable hours/day target (4 for new grads)

• EAP access and wellbeing-first leadership

• Functional assessments, therapy delivery and AT prescription

• NDIS documentation, goal setting and outcome reporting

• Clinic and community-based service delivery

• Participation in MDT meetings, peer learning and service development

• AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist

• New grads and experienced OTs welcome

• Driver’s licence, WWCC and NDIS Worker Screening Check
