Receptionist in busy Allied Health Clinic

Our dynamic and thriving Allied Health Practice in Taylors Lakes is seeking a personable and professional Receptionist to provide reception and administration support as part of our Allied Health team. Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Representing the clinic at the reception desk in a professional and friendly manner

• Assisting with all inquiries; in person, via email, and over the phone for patients and practitioners

• Managing and maintaining clinic diary

• Managing stock levels

• Being committed to assisting the team to provide excellent patient care and actively seeking ways to improve performance and systems.

Qualities we are looking for:

• High level of integrity

• Excellent customer service and relationship building skills

• Well versed in MS Word and Excel, with experience in Health Based software’s an advantage

• Outstanding written and verbal skills and excellent time management skills

• Problem solving skills, initiative, lateral thinking and being solution driven.

We are looking for 18-24 hours across 3-4 days throughout the week, including a mix of evening and morning shifts. Some flexibility on hours and medical administration experience is preferred.
