Office Administrator

About the role

An Office Administrator role supporting management in day-to-day operations of a caravan park with 250+ tenants. You will assist with administrative duties, compliance, coordination of meetings and dispute resolution, and maintenance of systems and leasing arrangements.

Key responsibilities

• Support management team in day-to-day operations

• Maintain compliance with local and state legislation

• Deal with the complexities of 250+ tenants on site

• Assist with the coordination of meetings and dispute resolution

• Coordinate with the ownership group and their legal representatives

• Complete the preparation of reports and presentations

• Maintain maintenance systems and leasing arrangements

• Maintain maintenance schedules weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly

About you

• Previous administration experience

• Excellent communication skills

• Ability to deal with difficult clients in a calm understanding manner

• Previous experience with RMS preferable but not essential
