Disability Support Worker - Townsville!

We’re looking for casual and permanent part-time Support Workers in Townsville and surrounding suburbs to join our team. Whether you’ve done this before or you’re new and passionate about helping others — we’d love to hear from you.

What You Will Be Doing

No two days are the same — you’ll be supporting people to live independently and do the things that matter to them.

This Could Include

Personal care (showering, dressing, toileting)Helping with meals, cleaning and daily tasksSupporting someone to get out into the communityAttending appointments or social activitiesMedication supportAssisting with mobility (including hoists where required)

Shifts available

Shifts are available across a variety of times, and we will work with you to build a permanent roster that suits your availability.

A passion for people and a focus on great customer service A commitment to working together to deliver great outcomesGreat listening and respectful communication skillsCurrent First Aid & CPR certificates (or willing to obtain)Blue Card & NDIS Worker Screening Check (we can help you get these)Driver’s licence and/or reliable transport
